Activities:

Perform at your first live event (opening slot)

Receive feedback from mentors

Month 4 – Music Production I

Focus: DAW (Ableton/FL/Logic) basics

Activities:

Build drums, melodies, and track structure

Create a loop or basic track idea

Month 5 – Branding & Social Media

Focus: Artist identity & online presence

Activities:

Develop artist name, logo, and press kit

Set up social media accounts

Post weekly & grow your audience

Month 6 – Music Production II + Second Gig

Focus: Arrangement, sound design, mixing basics

Activities:

Perform your second gig (mid-level slot)

Start preparing your first official track

Month 7 – Studio Sessions

Focus: Track quality improvement

Activities:

1-on-1 sessions with producers & engineers

Submit demo tracks for feedback

Month 8 – Track Release Prep

Focus: Finalizing your track for release

Mastering & artwork preparation

Submit to label or prepare for self-release

Month 9 – Performing Live + Third Gig

Focus: Advanced crowd reading & stage presence

Activities:

Prepare club sets

Perform your third gig (prime-time slot)

Month 10 – Promotion & PR

Focus: Marketing your music

Activities:

Pitch tracks to blogs, playlists, and social ads

Grow your follower base

Month 11 – Booking & Agency Support

Focus: Professional gig management

Activities:

Work with agents to secure gigs & negotiate deals

Build your international presence

Month 12 – Graduation & Showcase

Focus: Culmination of skills & public exposure

Activities:

Play at graduation showcase or festival stage

Release official track

Shoot performance video
