Here’s a detailed roadmap for your members:
Month What You Learn & Do
Month 1 – Orientation Intro call, goal setting, access to dashboard, download starter pack. Learn DJ gear basics, software setup, and beatmatching fundamentals.
Month 2 – DJ Skills I Beatmatching, phrasing, EQ basics, creating your first mix. Practice at least 3 hours/week, record your first 30-min set.
Month 3 – DJ Skills II + First Gig Advanced transitions, effects, harmonic mixing. Perform at your first live event (opening slot). Feedback from mentors.
Month 4 – Music Production I Learn DAW (Ableton/FL/Logic), build drums, melodies, and track structure. Create a loop or basic track idea.
Month 5 – Branding & Social Media Artist name, logo, press kit, social media setup. Post weekly, build your online audience.
Month 6 – Music Production II + Second Gig Arrangement, sound design, mixing basics. Perform your second gig (mid-level slot). Start preparing your first official track.
Month 7 – Studio Sessions Work 1-on-1 with producers/engineers, improve track quality. Submit demo tracks for feedback.
Month 8 – Track Release Prep Finalize track for release, get mastering & artwork done. Submit to label or prepare self-release.
Month 9 – Performing Live + Third Gig Advanced crowd reading, stage presence, preparing club sets. Perform your third gig (prime-time slot).
Month 10 – Promotion & PR Learn how to pitch your track to blogs, playlists, and social ads. Grow your follower base.
Month 11 – Booking & Agency Support Work with agents to secure gigs and negotiate deals. Start building your international presence.
Month 12 – Graduation & Showcase Play at graduation showcase or festival stage. Release official track, shoot performance video. Receive final feedback & certificate.
